Our Traditional Style Canoe is full of safety and fun for your wonderful canoe trip. Our two able bodied guides ensure the safety of all onboard while you are on the watch for eagles and seals throughout the canoe trip.

We have guided canoe trips for groups & families of any age group or experience level. Our guided canoe trips are designed to be fun, safety and educational for everyone in your group and families.

The tour begins from the Metlakatla Ferry Service Dock below the Crest Hotel which includes a safety orientation. Our experienced canoe guides will entertain you throughout the canoe trip with local area information as you cross the harbour. Discover the beauty of the sea while fishing, camping, floating and sightseeing. There are plenty of natural springs and caves to experience along the river.

Canoeing is a very easy to learn sport for all age groups in your family and among your friends. You can enjoy either a single day camping or 2-3 days camping expedition river adventure. We provide sea kayaks & canoes, accessories, delicious meals and experienced guides. Our canoe trip does not require any previous canoeing or sea kayaking experience. We provide safety & paddle instructions the first morning of your trip and thereafter as needed. We have a highly experienced & very knowledgeable staff that will be willing and able to fit you for the right canoe or kayak to satisfy your paddling needs.
